Customer Service Policies

We genuinely want you to love your Pink Picasso kit. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help - just reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right. We pride ourselves on having incredible customer service and will do whatever is fair within our policy to make sure you’re happy.

Website Sales

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the kit is completely unused and in excellent condition with all parts included. If you’ve opened the paints or started your painting, that kit is yours to keep -  we’re not able to accept returns on used items.

Returns that meet these conditions will be refunded the purchase price, minus original shipping costs.

To start a return:

  • Email us at customerservice@pinkpicassokits.com to get a return authorization before sending anything back.

  • You are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend selecting a carrier that provides tracking. We can’t process refunds for items that don’t make it back to us.

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.

We don’t offer exchanges at this time.


GMA Steals & Deals Purchases

Returns

The same return guidelines apply to kits purchased through GMA Steals & Deals. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused kits in excellent condition with all parts included. If the paints have been opened or used, the kit is not eligible for return.

Refunds cover the purchase price minus shipping, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable carrier.

Please email us at customerservice@pinkpicassokits.com to request a return authorization first. We don’t offer exchanges on Steals & Deals orders.


Amazon Purchases

If your kit was purchased through Amazon, please handle your return directly through Amazon’s return process. Their team will take good care of you.


Paint Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our paints. If your paint has dried out or is otherwise unusable, we’ll replace it - as long as you’re within your warranty window.

Here’s how the coverage works:

  • 30 days from purchase: Full return eligibility if the kit is unused (see above).

  • Within 60 days of delivery: Paint warranty is active. If your paints have dried out, just get in touch and we’ll send replacements at no charge.

  • After 60 days: Paint warranty has expired. You can purchase replacement paints through the Extra Paint Set listing on our website. Note: we may not always be in stock on older or more popular kits, and may refer you to your closest craft store to find a match. 

To make a warranty claim, email customerservice@pinkpicassokits.com with your order details and a photo of the affected paints. We’ll get back to you quickly.
