We are all about honesty here…our error rate is VERY low as we are committed to quality….but it is possible to get a pod or two of paint that was not properly closed at factory stage and it dries out. It cannot be reconstituted. Additional paint can be purchased here on our site. While our paint has a shelf life of 2 years when properly sealed. Pink Picasso Kits will only be liable for paint defects for a period of 6 months from purchase. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

2. Which numbers in your paint are of issue
3. Your name and address.
*****paint will dry if left open- wink wink!!*****
Should I add water to the paint?
No! Please do not add water…these are water soluble acrylic paints. They should be creamy and just thick enough to cover sometimes with a little extra effort depending on the color of the paint. We love the quality of the paints…as they are.
Do paints need to be blended?
No, all paints are already pre-mixed. Every color value is provided for you, there is no additional blending or mixing of colors necessary.
Will I need to paint multiple layers to achieve good coverage?
White with black numbers definitely has to be covered pretty intentionally. It is the very same as painting your wall - white paint with black accents with only one color would never work. When we paint we expect that the experience will take awhile on purpose-thus the experience vs. the speed. When we paint we go over once - say #10- and then we start again and paint the same areas more quickly again - mostly using a larger brush for a smooth finish.
What if numbers still show through?
While we continually product test and paint our kits regularly, every once in a while our customers say the can see the numbers through some of the lights paints. One of our customers stated they used white out pen or white colored pencil to cover the numbers which worked fantastic for them. Find the number and space on the canvas, right before you paint color over the number.
Does the canvas need to be stretched, prepped, or primed?
No! We recommend laying it on any flat source to paint. The canvas is a cotton blend so it comes ready to paint without any preparation or priming needed.
How to make the paint less thick?
For paints that have gotten thick you can add a few drops of Flow Improver to make the paint easier to work with.
