   • However, during busy seasons, please allow for extra processing time.

   • For orders within the United States, we ship via FedEx Home Delivery.
   • Canadian Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International.
   • Duties may be incurred by the customer for Canadian orders.
     
     

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
     
     

4. Shipping Locations:

   • We offer shipping to both Canada and the United States.
   • Please note that Custom Kits are not available for shipping to Canada.
     
     

5. Shipment Issues:

   • In the rare event that there is an issue with your shipment upon delivery, please notify us via email as soon as possible.
   • Kindly include detailed photos of the problem for our reference.
   • We will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly.
     
     

6. Returns:

   • To be eligible for a refund, returns must be in new and unused condition.
