Condition of your item:

If any part of your Paint by Numbers set is damaged, please send us a photo of your product.  Our team will determine how to handle each situation. You must let us know before you use your kit and pictures must show the condition in which you received it. 

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that once an order is placed we may not be able to cancel or alter it.   In an effort to better serve you we have switched to a fulfillment center in which we can't always catch or change orders.  If you would like to see if changes or cancellations can be made please email customerservice@pinkpicassokits.com. 

Order Issue Policy:

If the product you received is damaged, different from what you have ordered or had problems with delivery, please let us know!  Please send us an email at customerservice@pinkpicassokits.com.  We will evaluate each case individually and notify you of resolution.
