This is my second painting and enjoy painting.. wish the paint brushes were better quality.. the hairs fall out easily; also not enough paint that dries out. If you could quantify the amount of paint needed by number that be great. Lastly instructions on how to use the paint for use beginner s.. do you need water to help smooth the paint ? Thank you
